"Did anyone else notice the craftsmanship?"
I thought the dress looked really online, but when it arrived, I was a bit disappointed. The stitching wasn’t very even in a few spots, and some of the beads already felt loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it didn’t feel as well-made as I expected.

"I feel like a sucker for paying..."
I feel like a sucker for paying this much. The quality just isn’t there at all, and the whole thing comes off like a cheap little cash grab.

"Shipping took forever and the updates were useless"
I ordered from ellacelebration.com the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, and I got really tired of having to explain over and over that I still hadn’t received it. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole wait made the experience frustrating.

"Not really what I expected"
I was excited for this dress, but when it showed up it just didn’t look like the photos at all. The color was different, the fit felt off, and I kept going back to the listing like, wait, is this even the same one? Maybe the lighting in the pictures made it look nicer or something, I don’t know. Just really disappointing overall.

"Knew quickly it wasn’t for me"
I’ll be honest, I made a quick judgment on ellacelebration.com and it didn’t get much better from there. For what I paid, I expected things to feel smoother and more worth it, but the whole experience just left me annoyed.

It ended up being way more stressful than it should have been, and I don’t see myself using them again. Maybe someone else had a better experience, but for me this was a 1-star situation.

"Support took a while to get back"
The site itself was fine, I guess, but the customer support was definitely slower than I expected. I had to follow up just to get some basic info, which wasn’t great. They did eventually reply, so it wasn’t a total mess, but it kind of felt like they weren’t all that concerned. Overall, not the best experience.

"The site felt cluttered"
I wasn’t really into the look of ellacelebration.com. The design feels a bit old-school, and the colors don’t seem to work that well together. A few pages felt really crowded too, so it was hard to focus on what I was actually trying to find. It just didn’t feel clean or modern to me. Maybe some people won’t care, but it gave me kind of a cheap vibe, and I ended up leaving quickly

"Crushed box and empty promises"
I’m annoyed. The box showed up completely crushed, and the item inside was barely protected at all. It really looked like no one cared when packing it. They make all these vague promises about things arriving safely, but that clearly didn’t happen here. Super disappointing.

"Sizing felt way off"
I ordered my usual size, and before anyone says I should’ve checked, I did look at the size chart. It still wasn’t even close. The fit was way too small, and it felt like I was just guessing at that point. Frustrating, and I don’t really think it’s worth dealing with the hassle

"Nice quality and felt worth it"
I ordered from ellacelebration.com and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The item looks really nice in person and has a solid feel to it, which made me feel like I chose something with a bit of care behind it. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the delivery packaging could’ve been a little better. Still, the product itself is good and I’m happy with it.

"Not worth the hassle"
I ordered from ellacelebration.com it was a letdown. The items that showed up weren’t what I picked, one was the wrong size, and another looked nothing like the picture on the order page. I double-checked my confirmation email, and everything on my end was correct, so I have no idea how they got it so wrong. For the price and the wait, I expected better. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Color didn’t look like the photos"
I was disappointed when the dress showed up because the color was way darker than it looked in the pictures. It just wasn’t what I thought I was getting.

I asked for a refund and the replies were really slow. Once they had my money, it felt like they stopped caring, which made me distrustful of the whole process. It still hasn’t been sorted properly and it’s been really annoying. I wouldn’t order from here again

"Didn’t work for me comfort-wise"
I wore it for a full day to see if it would get better, but it felt scratchy pretty much the whole time. Maybe it would be fine for someone who isn’t as sensitive to fabric texture, but for me it just wasn’t comfortable

"I thought there would be more ways to..."
I thought there would be more ways to make it my own, but... it felt really basic. The color options, text placement, and small design details were all limited, so I couldn’t get it to look the way I had in mind.
I ended up leaving the site kind of annoyed, honestly. I mean, it’s probably fine if you just want something simple, but for a personalized item... it wasn’t enough for me
